Welcome to the DiyetAI mobile application and website ("Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Be over 18 years of age (or have parental consent)

You are responsible for your account security:

  • Keep your password confidential and do not share it
  • Notify us immediately of any suspicious activity
  • You are responsible for all activities on your account

2.3. Unauthorized Use

Using someone else's account without permission is prohibited. Each user may only use their own account.

  • Hizmeti tersine mühendislik yapmak, decompile etmek veya kaynak kodunu çıkarmak
  • Otomatik sistemler (botlar, scrapers) kullanarak veri toplamak
  • Hizmeti kötüye kullanmak veya aşırı yük oluşturmak
  • Sahte hesap oluşturmak veya kimlik sahtekarlığı yapmak
  • Hizmeti yasadışı amaçlarla kullanmak
  • Diğer kullanıcıları taciz etmek veya rahatsız etmek
  • Virüs, malware veya zararlı kod yüklemek
  • Güvenlik önlemlerini atlatmaya çalışmak

3.1. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

  • Personal nutrition and diet tracking
  • Tracking your health and fitness goals
  • Receiving AI-powered meal recommendations
  • Weight and measurement tracking

3.2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code
  • Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect data
  • Abusing the Service or creating excessive load
  • Creating fake accounts or identity fraud
  • Using the Service for illegal purposes
  • Harassing or disturbing other users
  • Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempting to bypass security measures

3.1. Uso Permitido

Você pode usar o Serviço para:

  • Engenharia reversa, descompilação ou extração do código-fonte
  • Uso de sistemas automatizados (bots, scrapers) para coletar dados
  • Abuso do Serviço ou criação de carga excessiva
  • Criação de contas falsas ou fraude de identidade
  • Uso do Serviço para fins ilegais
  • Assédio ou perturbação de outros usuários
  • Envio de vírus, malware ou código prejudicial
  • Tentativa de burlar medidas de segurança

4.1. Kullanıcı İçeriği

Hizmete yüklediğiniz içerikler (fotoğraflar, notlar vb.):

  • Yasal olmalı ve hakları sizde olmalıdır
  • Başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmemelidir
  • Uygunsuz, saldırgan veya yasadışı içerik barındırmamalıdır

4.2. Yasak İçerik

Aşağıdaki içerik türlerini yüklemek yasaktır:

  • Pornografik veya müstehcen içerik
  • Şiddet içeren veya tehdit edici içerik
  • Nefret söylemi veya ayrımcı içerik

4.3. İçerik Moderasyonu

İçerik kurallarını ihlal eden kullanıcıların hesapları uyarı almadan askıya alınabilir veya silinebilir.

4.1. User Content

Content you upload to the Service (photos, notes, etc.):

  • Must be legal and you must have the rights to it
  • Must not infringe on others' rights
  • Must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

4.2. Prohibited Content

The following content types are prohibited:

  • Pornographic or obscene content
  • Violent or threatening content
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Copyright infringing content
  • Misleading or deceptive content

4.3. Content Moderation

Accounts of users who violate content rules may be suspended or deleted without warning.

5.1. Ücretsiz ve Premium Özellikler

DiyetAI, hem ücretsiz hem de premium (ücretli) özellikler sunmaktadır. Ücretsiz sürüm temel özellikleri içerirken, premium abonelik gelişmiş özellikler sağlar.

5.2. Ödeme Koşulları

  • Abonelik ücretleri App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir
  • Fiyatlar değişebilir, ancak mevcut aboneliklere geriye dönük uygulanmaz
  • Otomatik yenileme, abonelik döneminin sonunda gerçekleşir
  • İptal işlemi en az 24 saat önceden yapılmalıdır

5.3. İade Politikası

İade talepleri, satın alma işleminin yapıldığı platform (Apple App Store veya Google Play) politikalarına tabidir. Doğrudan bize yapılan iade talepleri, vaka bazında değerlendirilir.

5.4. Ücretsiz Deneme

Premium özelliklere yönelik ücretsiz deneme süreleri sunabiliriz. Deneme süresi sonunda ödeme yöntemi tanımlıysa abonelik otomatik olarak başlayabilir. İptal etmek için deneme süresi bitmeden en az 24 saat önce işlem yapmanız gerekmektedir.

5.1. Free and Premium Features

DiyetAI offers both free and premium (paid) features. The free version includes basic features, while premium subscription provides advanced features.

5.2. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are processed through App Store or Google Play
  • Prices may change, but will not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions
  • Auto-renewal occurs at the end of the subscription period
  • Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours in advance

5.3. Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made (Apple App Store or Google Play). Direct refund requests to us are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5.4. Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. If a payment method is registered at the end of the trial, the subscription may automatically start. To cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

Podemos oferecer períodos de teste gratuitos para recursos premium. Se um método de pagamento estiver registrado ao final do teste, a assinatura poderá ser iniciada automaticamente. Para cancelar, você deve fazê-lo pelo menos 24 horas antes do término do período de teste.

Hizmete yüklediğiniz içerikler (fotoğraflar, notlar vb.) sizin mülkiyetinizde kalır. Ancak bu içerikleri Hizmeti sunmak ve iyileştirmek amacıyla kullanmamız için bize dünya çapında, telifsiz bir lisans vermiş olursunuz.

6.4. Markalar

"DiyetAI" adı, logosu ve ilgili markalar şirketimize aittir. Yazılı izin olmadan bu markaları kullanamazsınız.

6.1. Ownership

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and code) are owned by DiyetAI or its licensors.

6.2. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms for personal and non-commercial purposes.

6.3. User Content

Content you upload to the Service (photos, notes, etc.) remains your property. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content for providing and improving the Service.

6.4. Trademarks

The "DiyetAI" name, logo, and related trademarks belong to our company. You may not use these trademarks without written permission.

6.1. Propriedade

If we are held liable for any reason, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months or $10 USD (whichever is higher).

9.1. Kullanıcı Tarafından Fesih

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içi ayarlardan veya destek ekibimizle iletişime geçerek silebilirsiniz. Hesap silme:

  • Tüm verilerinizin silinmesine neden olur
  • Geri alınamaz
  • Aktif aboneliği otomatik olarak iptal etmez (ayrıca iptal edilmelidir)

9.2. Şirket Tarafından Fesih

Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz veya yasadışı faaliyet tespit etmemiz halinde, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

9.3. Feshin Etkileri

Fesih üzerine, Hizmeti kullanma lisansınız sona erer. Ancak bu Şartların niteliği gereği devam etmesi gereken hükümleri (fikri mülkiyet, sorumluluk sınırlaması, uyuşmazlık çözümü vb.) yürürlükte kalmaya devam eder.

9.1. Termination by User

You can delete your account at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting our support team. Account deletion:

  • Results in deletion of all your data
  • Is irreversible
  • Does not automatically cancel active subscriptions (must be cancelled separately)

9.2. Termination by Company

If you violate these Terms or we detect illegal activity, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

9.3. Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. However, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, etc.) will remain in effect.

Com a rescisão, sua licença para usar o Serviço termina. No entanto, as disposições destes Termos que por sua natureza devem sobreviver (propriedade intelectual, limitação de responsabilidade, resolução de disputas, etc.) permanecerão em vigor.

  • We will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification
  • We will update the change date on this page
  • Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms

If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to delete your account.

11.2. Uyuşmazlık Çözümü

Bu Şartlardan kaynaklanan veya bunlarla ilgili herhangi bir uyuşmazlık halinde, öncelikle dostane çözüm yolları aranacaktır. Çözüme ulaşılamaması halinde, İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

11.3. Tüketici Hakları

Tüketici olarak, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamındaki haklarınız saklıdır.

11.1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

11.2. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, amicable resolution methods will be sought first. If no resolution is reached, Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction.

11.3. Consumer Rights

As a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.
